MyEclipse Properties Editor 中有两个标签页：Properties 标签页和 Source标签页。直接在 Source标签页中添加中文不会被自动转码，切记。正确的方法是在 Properties 标签页中添加一行配置后，点击保存按钮，中文就会被自动转码。
